Rock the Body Sock

Several years ago, I mentioned to my spouse that I've always wanted to try a photo shoot with a person wrapped in a body sock.

Body socks can be used for various purposes - activities with kids, yoga, warmth - just about anything where you want to either restrict motion or provide a full body cover. There are many different types to suit your purpose and needs.

But you can't imagine how elated I was when my common co-conspirators, Thai Lam and Anastasia Sauvage suggested we do a body sock photo shoot. A personal photo shoot idea was now set to become reality.

We began the session with Anastasia requesting to play what she called, experimental electronic. Specifically, the artist was Nicolas Jarr. While I was skeptical, it turned out to be the perfect compliment to the shoot.

And finally, we decided to make a few of these photos available to purchase as prints. You can find those on my website.
